Process for Professional Organization
- CONSULT- Start with a complimentary 30-minute phone call. Followed-up with a 60-minute in-home appointment.
- PLAN- Together we will create a customized plan to achieve your goals. Determining what you organizational style is and what systems will be successful for you to maintain. We will schedule our organizational sessions at this time.
- IMPLEMENT- I will be in your space implementing the plan. Depending on your goals, multiple services and sessions may be needed. Sessions typically last 4 hours each. If product purchasing is requested, that will be charged separately from the session rate and I will complete it prior to my arrival.
Process for a Professionally Designed Space
- CONSULT- Start with a complimentary 30-minute phone or video call to discuss your project, timeline, and desired investment. After we discuss your project, and you are ready to move forward, I will send you my Letter of Agreement outlining the project scope and pricing.
- SEND PHOTOS, INSPIRATIONS, AND MEASUREMENTS OF THE ROOM- I will send a rough floor plan of your room (not to scale) that you will fill-in with the correct measurements. You will also share your inspirations with me from photos, Pinterest links, etc. Also, send photos of each wall and any pieces you are keeping in the space (with measurements).
- DESIGN PHASE- Within 2 weeks, a design concept will be emailed to you! And a video conference call scheduled to review the design presentation. Then you can shop your design directly through the links in the PDF design.
Process for a Professionally Staged Home
- CONSULT- Start with a complimentary 30-minute phone call.
- PLAN- In a 1-hour onsite walk-through, along side the sellers, I create a to-do list for the sellers to complete. Using their own belongings, they or I, will strategically arrange their home to get it showroom-ready, making it feel inviting to potential buyers. Ensuring they can imagine themselves living there. This is done by creating a welcoming entry, clearing away clutter to maximize space, styling the home, and creating flow.
