Pricing for Organizing Session: $200 + cost of product

A 4-hour hands-on decluttering and organizing session with Crystal. This fee also includes the associated time spent outside your home designing layouts and solutions, and all communication with you. Custom labels and basic supplies are included (trash bags, cleaning supplies, boxes, etc.). *I do give multi-spaces discounts.

Add on’s: shopping time to find the appropriate products or systems, 1 load of donation removal.

Pricing for Professional Digital Design

FULL:
● $200 for rooms under 150 sq feet
● $250 for rooms over 150 sq feet
● $25 off each additional room

Includes: floor plan, furniture selections, paint selections, window treatments, rugs, pillows, artwork, decorative accessories, and accent furniture pieces.

MINI: Best for rooms where you have the furniture, just need the final touches to bring your space to life.

Includes: Accessory selection and placement, paint selections, window treatments, rugs, pillows, artwork, decorative accessories, accent furniture pieces, and basic arrangement of existing furniture if needed.

Pricing for Staging Consultation: $60

I will do a 1 hour onsite walk-through, along side the sellers, to create a to-do list for the sellers to complete. Not only do I help determine the best layout for the existing furnishings, but I provide recommendations for condition and content for photos and showings.

*This service is for an occupied property and the sellers complete the rearranging and repairs.

Photo Preparation: $100

I will remove and rearrange the seller(s) furnishings, photos, and home décor as needed. I will use what is already in the home and arrange in a way that best showcases the interior for photos and showings. A list of homework may be emailed prior to staging day for the seller(s) to complete and make my time onsite more efficient.
